Abstract
Whether designing a new process or improving an existing one, process analysis is an essential skill to help select the most appropriate opportunities for improvement and design the most suitable solutions. There are a variety of techniques that can be used to develop a detailed understanding of process needs, constraints, and performance drivers. A RACI chart is a technique that helps identify the roles and responsibilities within the process and ensures that all players are aware of how they work together to achieve the outcomes from the process.
