Since 1991, ASQ has been the sole administrator of the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. ASQ is also founding sponsor of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), a widely watched quarterly economic indicator that rates customer satisfaction with a wide range of goods and services.
