Abstract
Digital Transformation spans or blurs the boundaries between the Information Technology (IT) domains and Operational Technology domains for utilities. It's not just about how a utility uses technology but where in the industry value chain the provider is and how that technology is employed. This survey report looks at trends in digital transformation maturity and the adoption of new technologies, data and insights, and workforce implications.
