Abstract

Healthcare facilities have experienced a surge of activity since 2020 with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and quality gaps that may have been lurking underneath the surface suddenly came to light. In this report, ASQE focuses on the areas of organizational performance that appear to have the most statistically significant trends in quality emerging from the Healthcare industry, based on the perspective of 301 respondents identified in that sector, and in comparison to other industries. Subject matter experts that represent a variety of backgrounds and perspectives from these various subsectors of the Healthcare industry are also featured in the Quality Expert Sidebar.
