Abstract

In this 5th edition of our Executive Summary and Annual Research Report, ASQE brings the latest Insights on Excellence® (IoE) research and trends to the forefront of the quality community and explores how our association efforts are optimized to assist in the pursuit of performance excellence. This comprehensive report provides association accomplishments and announcements on leadership, IoE Benchmarking Season highlights and research offerings information, a summary of the year’s membership-exclusive thought leadership events, and Certification Operation highlights. It also includes the latest findings from our 2024 IoE research, with a focus on supply chain disruption, technology integration, leadership performance, and driving sustainable efforts. In the spirit of continuous improvement, ASQE includes our second Association Impact Report to showcase the ongoing ESG journey for our internal teams, incorporating sustainability, operations improvement, and social initiatives within our organizational strategic development. We conclude with a look forward at what we are working on in 2025 to meet the needs of our Organizational Members.
