Abstract
[PowerPoint presentation only.]ISO 10006 provides guidance on quality in project management processes and supplements guidance given in ISO 9004, which discusses quality in a project's product-related processes. The presentation clarifies what the ISO 10006 standard represents, clarifies the project management Body of Knowledge and its link to project management, and identifies the importance to organizations and strategies required to implement.
