[This abstract is based on the author's abstract.]Implementing a reliability improvement program can be challenging for companies with multiple sites located in different geographical locations. While several initiatives are required for a program to succeed, the focus of this discussion is on training facilitators in the art of risk reduction using FMEA/FMECA tools.
