Abstract

Six Sigma, one of four company-wide initiatives undertaken this year, has changed the way GE trains its future leaders and has moved the company toward becoming a customer-focused organization. Six Sigma has become the language of leadership at GE. As a global learning company, GE is not only receptive to the world's intellect and best ideas, it actively seeks them out.
