Abstract

One of the key concepts that can contribute to the success of a process improvement project is people, process and support tools. This approach involves assembling a project team, designing or redesigning the process, and implementing it using necessary supporting tools or technologies. But does this really work? Technology is central to everyday operations. So, should we consider the technical feasibility before planning any process changes? This article suggests an alternate approach: people,  current process, support tool check, future process and support tool implementation.
