Abstract
To be a great leader, a person must work on reaching their best self. Reflection and understanding of your own insecurities are a vital part in that transition. By understanding your own insecurities, you can recognize insecurities in others and provide them a space that they feel comfortable in to contribute their own thoughts and ideas.
