Abstract
This case study describes the plan implemented by a food processing plant to achieve sustained results in cost savings. The plants management operating system (MOS) was analyzed, a gap analysis was performed, and a behavioral assessment of the team was implemented. The results showed several opportunities for savings and sustainable results.
