Abstract

[This abstract is based on the author's abstract.]In today's business environment, managers must be able to measure performance in several areas at once in order to attain organizational excellence. The first step is to develop and implement a system of performance measurement criteria that goes beyond financial measures to incorporate other competencies and skills the company needs to meet competition. Performance measurement systems based on accepted critical success factors for organizational excellence are considered. Developing a methodology based on structural equation modeling and a system for performance measurement provides different performance dimensions of the organization, leading to assessment of performance from external stakeholders.
