Abstract
It is the authors’ belief that people, not technology, are the keys to knowledge management (KM). In order to facilitate KM, a culture supportive of it must be built. This can be done by leading through example from the top down, aggressively branding KM and offering recognition for KM milestones, and making KM fun by using and encouraging creativity, experimentation, play, and innovation.
