Abstract
In our 2021 Supply Chain Priorities and Challenges research, APQC found that automation and digitization is the top priority for organizations that focus on manufacturing. This priority certainly makes sense Manufacturers have benefitted from automation and digitization for some time now, and adoption is growing as organizations seek faster intelligence, deeper insight, and optimized processes after a turbulent and chaotic 2020.
