Twelve women working in the quality profession offer their perspectives on the role of women in the industry. Each individual was asked several questions: what challenges do they face, what obstacles have they overcome, what are some indicators of positive change, and what advice would they offer other women or newcomers in quality. While many of them have stories of obstacles or barriers they've faced, many are also positive and optimistic about the future of women in quality. They stressed a need for open communication, mentorship, and pointing out inequalities where they appear.
