Abstract
This article presents a case study focused on the background, process and results of implementing Quality 4.0 basics in a U.S.-based organization to improve its management for daily improvement process. The authors describe some of the initial steps that can be considered by any organization transitioning to Quality 4.0. By keeping several barriers in check, the organization developed a continuous digital improvement team standard process using existing technologies requiring minimum training and software knowledge. Any organization’s transition to adopting and implementing Quality 4.0 methods must be well planned and systematic to ensure long-term success and employee satisfaction.
