Abstract
In today’s fast-paced, high-stakes environments, success depends on delivering real value fast, and with minimal waste. The most powerful results come when frameworks such as project management, lean Six Sigma and scrum are combined strategically. Weaving lean tools into project management practices can drastically improve flow, reduce bottlenecks and keep teams focused on what matters most: customer value.
