Abstract

When confronted with a product complaint or developmental issue, two or more solutions may be possible. If that’s the case, a Pugh decision matrix can help you evaluate possible solutions. The matrix considers the most common factors influencing the solution. While the goal is to improve the situation, sometimes implementing a proposed solution has a neutral effect.
