Abstract
Like any new technology, there also are challenges and potential pitfalls that must be addressed for successful implementation. Here, we explore how artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) can be used to improve quality management (QM), challenges in implementing AI and NLP in QM, and the future of AI and NLP in QM.
