Abstract
An organization’s success depends on its business processes aligning with its vision, mission and core values. The organization’s culture must shift from one focused on compliance to one that’s focused on pursuing sustained growth and reducing the cost of poor quality (CoPQ). This can be done using integrated management systems. The integrated processes are sufficient to achieve high performance levels while minimizing CoPQ in key critical-to-success areas. The bull’s-eye assessment method (BeAM) offers a systematic auditing approach for determining whether processes are effective, efficient, flexible and meet cost objectives.
