Abstract

There is no doubt that an organization’s general management system should be based on the seven QMPs to enhance its ability to achieve sustained success. An organization’s focus must be its customers and all other relevant interested parties. The people are the foundation of an organization. Without their engagement, the organization’s objectives can’t be achieved. The best way to operate is to follow the process approach and make decisions based only on evidence and data.
