Abstract
At a certain point, problem-solvers must be able to communicate when they have found a solution to a problem and the journey it took to get there. However, sometimes that message may not come across clearly to those that are receiving the communication. Effective communication in a business setting requires both a narrative and logical structure to come across clearly. Using a situation-complication-question-answer tool for the narrative and the Minto Pyramid Principle for the logical structure can help greatly.
