Abstract

In any endeavor to create a culture of quality in an organization, that organization's existing culture has an influence on the strategy for it. Organizations may organize themselves in different ways culturally and structurally, perhaps being influenced by different organizational philosophies, and it's important to find ways to integrate quality in ways that are not alien to them. Treating failure as an opportunity to engage the learning process rather than some sort of stumbling block is one of the more important overall strategies to employ.
