Abstract

When I think about my connection to quality, I think back to the industrial engineering and principles of management class I took. I remember the way the professor, R.B. Awasthi, used practical examples to help me understand that quality concepts can be used to make strong foundations and remarkable improvements in products and services across industries. My curiosity has only grown to wanting to understand how quality tools, techniques and systems can help improve industries.
