Abstract

In most scenarios, companies must align themselves with the right suppliers and strategically approach these partnerships. Strategic suppliers must look at these partnerships with buying companies and consider five determinants to achieve total satisfaction of the buying company, which leads to performance quality. In addition, there are ways the buying company can make itself more attractive to find strategic suppliers.
