Team development stages include forming, storming, norming, and performing. In order to get to the performing stage, a team should look to create synergy from individual strengths and reduce conflict. Understanding each member of the team and fostering trust helps to build this synergy and keep it consistent. Each team member should have a clear role based on their individual strengths.
