Abstract

As a part of our accreditation requirements, we must identify quality indicators and establish benchmarks for each one, as well as monitor and adjust them as needed. I have identified many quality indicators, but how can I set appropriate benchmarks and determine effective methods for ongoing monitoring and adjusting?
