Abstract
Industrial disasters can ruin an organization's reputation and lower the public's trust. Buildings, pipelines, bridges, and nuclear reactors are all examples of high complexity projects where safety and standards adherence are crucial. Engineering design reviews typically happen early in construction projects and are vital to a project's success. Since they occur early in a project, changes can be made easily and for lower costs.
