Abstract
The focusing matrix analyzes the ease and importance of action items to prioritize their application.1 Every action item is classified based on the ease of its application and its importance (effectiveness). COVID-19 introduced an arsenal of unfamiliar healthcare tools. Applying the focusing matrix to these tools provides a visualization of the tools and facilitates debate of measures to be applied.
