Governing Documents
Overview
ASQ governing documents establish the framework of the Society, delineating the roles and obligations of both leaders and members. Additionally, policies are instituted to uphold standards of behavior, fostering a community of belonging within the Society. Oversight of the governing documents falls under the jurisdiction of the Governance and Bylaws Committees.
ASQ Governing Documents are categorized into three disciplines. These disciplines are for organization of the councils / committees and their governing documents.
- Governance Discipline is focused on governance and operations for the Society.
- Member Experience Discipline enhances member value through activities, networking, and recognition.
- Content Discipline generates input and feedback for industry and program areas.
