Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally things do happen that prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you cannot attend the 2024 ASQ Audit Division Conference, here’s what you can do:

  • Send a substitute - Substitutions can be made at any time, even onsite.
  • Cancel - If you need to cancel, we will refund your paid registration fee as noted below:
    • Requests for cancellations/transfers received at least 5 business days before the start of the event receive a full refund/transfer.
    • Requests received within 5 business days of the event incur a $150 processing fee.
    • After the event starts, there are no refunds or transfers.

Note: Non-attendance and non-payment does not constitute notification or cancellation.

ASQ Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with this event, we will apply your registration fee to a future ASQ event.

ASQ Audit Division reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, or to change speakers. Please be advised that ASQ Headquarters, ASQ Audit Division or the hotel is not responsible for any airfare penalties or hotel charges that may be incurred due to sold out, cancelled, or rescheduled events.

The Audit Division made sure to secure a room block in the Peppermill Tower, which is newly remodeled AND we managed to get the $40 per day resort fee waived for this room block! We would greatly appreciate you using the following to make your room reservations as we have to meet minimum room-numbers.

  • Shuttle service to and from the Reno Tahoe International Airport daily from 4am-11:45pm
  • Business center access including incoming and outgoing faxes (up to 5 pages)
