Ask a Librarian!
Customized research assistance from ASQ’s librarian is one of the many benefits of membership.
ASQ’s librarian can help you find information on your topic or answers to your questions by searching ASQ’s Quality Body of Knowledge (QBOK ®), which includes books, journal and magazine articles, conference proceedings, case studies, and benchmarking reports, and is accessible through ASQ’s Knowledge Center Search.
About the Quality Information Center

Complete runs of ASQ’s journals and magazines, conference proceedings, as well as Quality Press books, and other Quality classics are the heart of the QIC.
Members may schedule an appointment to visit the QIC, either online or by calling 800-248-1946.
