You cannot print, share or copy text in electronic documents (except ACSI reports). All electronic documents are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. The file contains a digital watermark to protect the copyright. The digital watermark includes the following information.

• The name of the customer.
• The name of the customer’s company (when applicable).
• The order number.
• The date of purchase.
• Additional “boilerplate” text that details the conditions of sale and use.
