The 2027 Lean and Six Sigma Conference is taking place at the Omni Louisville Hotel, 400 S. 2nd St., Louisville, KY 40202. The conference offers insights into establishing and sustaining improvements to digital, technological, and organizational initiatives through the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools. Tour Meetup: Please meet in the hotel lobby 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tour departure time. A Destination Louisville staff member will be there to greet you and escort the group to the departure location.

Cancellation Policy for each Tour: All cancellations must be received at least 21 days prior to the tour date to qualify for a refund. Cancellations received within 21 days of the tour date are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused portions of the tour.

ASQ reserves the right to cancel a tour if minimum participation requirements are not met or for reasons beyond its control. If ASQ cancels a tour, all payments made to ASQ will be fully refunded.
