After course registration, you will receive an email with access instructions. If you do not, please check your email junk, spam, or clutter folders. If the email is not there, please contact ASQ.

Refund Policy
If you need a full refund, you must request it within 30 days of purchase, where none of the training modules in the course bundle have been accessed. We will not honor any requests for refunds later than 30 calendar days after purchase, or if any of the web-based training modules in the course bundle has been accessed.
