Quincy is ASQ’s AI-powered large language model (LLM) assistant. Trained exclusively on ASQ’s proprietary content, Quincy helps ASQ members access instant answers and tailored solutions to their quality challenges. Quincy Study Assistants focus exclusively on the Body of Knowledge, policies and procedures, and related ASQ-owned reference materials for ASQ certifications. 

What Does Quincy Know?

Quincy has ingested and trained on ASQ’s CSSGB body of knowledge and related materials, including:

• The ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Handbook, Third Edition
• The ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Study Guide, Second Edition
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Question Bank

Quincy has also learned about the certification exam process and can answer questions about the exam itself as well as registering for and taking the exam, including details of both remote and in-person testing.

Please note that Quincy does not have access to any official certification exam content.

Why Didn’t the Quincy Study Assistant CSSGB Answer My Question?

There are a few reasons why the Study Assistant may not provide a full answer:

• First, the Study Assistant is available exclusively to customers who have purchased access.
• Also note that if your question falls outside of the knowledge that this study assistant has trained on, you may not receive an answer or your answer may be very limited. Quincy has no access to ASQ account details, membership status, or customer records. Queries of this nature should be directed to Customer Care.
• Please note that some advanced statistical equations or formulas are initially published as images. When Quincy shares this content, the formulas may sometimes appear incomplete or difficult to read.
• Lastly, if your request is unclear, Quincy’s answer may not be as helpful as it could be. To improve your results, be sure to use simple, direct language. Add content and be specific. Remember that working with Quincy is iterative. Try rephrasing your question or refining your prompts.

What If I Don’t Agree With the Quincy Study Assistant’s Response?

The Study Assistant is trained exclusively on ASQ intellectual property and official resources, but it’s not perfect. Complex topics, especially in areas like statistics, probability, or quality engineering applications—may sometimes require additional clarification or context.

If a response doesn’t meet your expectations:

• Use the feedback tools: Give the response a thumbs up or down directly in the platform.

While Quincy’s primary language is English, it can translate and respond in many other languages.
