How do I get the app?
The app is available for download to your mobile device via Google Play and the App Store.
How do I login?
The mobile app uses the same login credentials as ASQ.org. As a reminder, your login will be either your primary email address or member number.
How do I request support with the app?
Members and other external app users should request support via Customer Care. Please direct any questions or support needs to our Customer Care team.
What are some of the features available within the app?
The new mobile app delivers member value from both an education and social standpoint. We’re providing users with access to the quality resources they know and love, now available at their fingertips and optimized for mobile. Simultaneously, we’re introducing offerings that are new and exciting!
Education: we’ve built in some of our most popular resources like Learn About Quality (LAQ), Resources, and Career Center right into the app navigation menu, so they’re only a few taps away.
Social: we’re introducing in-app messaging, and networking opportunities through the App Users menu link – where you can find and connect with peers! We’ve also tied in familiar social elements, like our Twitter feed (find it in the app News Feed) and the menu link to myASQ.
Can members and customers make purchases in the app?
Yes! Purchases can be made from within the app. For instance, the Books & Standards link in the app navigation menu launches an in-app browser, where users can search for and purchase items just as they would via asq.org.
The shopping cart and purchase experiences remain unchanged; the app will just serve as a new entry point for customers.
How does the app experience differ between members and non-members?
App users will have access to the following features:

What’s available through ASQ that’s not on the app?
Although the App will include links to ASQ’s vast array of online resources, learning offerings, tools, and communities, deep-dive searches into content repositories and communities will remain on ASQ.org and my.ASQ.org.
Can I access myASQ in the app?
Yes! Navigate to myASQ from the mobile app by expanding the hamburger menu and then selecting Communities.
How is this app different from myASQ?
Members can use the App News Feed to learn about new and noteworthy community news. But to take full advantage of ASQ’s online community resources and connect with their technical and geographic communities, members should go to my.ASQ.org.
