Prior to LNS, James spent over 25 years in industrial quality management and continuous improvement across a variety of industry verticals.

James has experience in continuous improvement, aligning teams to achieve better performance in quality, and leading digital transformation initiatives across several industry sectors. James is a certified Master Black Belt and Lean Specialist. He has led four Lean Six Sigma deployments, certifying hundreds of Green and Black Belts and accumulating millions of dollars in savings.
