Create Competitive Advantage and Customer Delight with Embedded Quality
High-profile product failures and recalls dominate headlines, putting manufacturing quality square in the spotlight. The critical question now is, are Chief Quality Officers prepared to lead transformative change and deliver tangible outcomes across global organizations? These leaders already navigate a demanding strategic agenda, balancing the need to build credibility and foster a culture of quality, while grappling with significant challenges like reducing the cost of quality, upskilling teams, and adapting to volatile market forces.
Traditional views of quality—as a mere policing function, siloed from organizational goals—are no longer sufficient. Even with the advent of Quality 4.0, the conventional approach falls short of meeting the ambitious targets manufacturers face today. It’s time for views on quality to change.
