Professional Experience

Kashan holds an MBA from HEC Montreal. He also holds the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification as well as multiple other professional designations including CPHR, SHRM-SCP, and CTMP.

Kashan has more than two decades of work experience in a variety of work settings. His expertise extends to providing expert solutions to companies ranging from regional up to global Fortune 500 enterprises. He has extensive experience in process improvement & optimization, policy development, training, and leadership development. He has developed multiple training programs on Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management, recognized in Canada as well as globally by many professional standards associations. The professionals participating in the programs come from a number of organizations including local SME's all the way up to global corporations. The training programs he developed are not merely academic in nature, but are primarily focused on practical utility and application in real-life business operations.

Kashan has also served on various boards mas an Advisor. He has also mentored various young professionals participating in provincial mentorship program.
