Dr. Elizabeth Gilbert is a pharmaceutical quality, regulatory, and leadership expert with over 20 years of experience supporting compliance excellence, organizational transformation, and workforce development in highly regulated industries. She serves as Senior Advisor and Executive Consultant to PQE Group, advising on strategic growth, quality leadership, and regulated-market expansion across the U.S. and globally.
She is also President & CEO of Trinity National Consulting, Inc., a woman- and veteran co-owned advisory firm focused on helping organizations lead where compliance, compassion, and culture intersect.
An ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Dr. Gilbert has led inspection readiness, quality remediation, and regulatory risk initiatives for organizations including Pfizer, Regeneron, Fresenius Kabi, and Grifols. Her work includes closing 300+ environmental monitoring investigations with a 90% closure rate within 30 days, contributing to $2.7M in cost savings while strengthening inspection outcomes.
