Abbigail Meah-Ali is a professional with over 24 years of diverse expertise in quality, various management systems, chemistry and project management. In her current full-time role as Manager, she has successfully overseen a broad range of projects, aligning them with corporate strategies while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Abbigail Meah-Ali has a comprehensive understanding of quality and project management methodologies, Lean, and Agile, and has a track record of fostering collaborative environments with open communication. Her experience in strategic planning, change management, and process improvement has been instrumental in driving business success in accelerated environments. She is also well-versed in budget and resource management, defining and tracking KPIs, and developing risk mitigation strategies.

Abbigail Meah-Ali has a passion for project management, quality management and Lean Six Sigma as well as coaching and teaching on these subjects. She is also a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member. Abbigail Meah-Ali has a talent for breaking down complex concepts and making them easily understandable.
