The QBOK Framework
Since the 2009 publication of the Guide to the Quality Body of Knowledge, the framework of topics has been updated to reflect the changing needs of the quality community. Chief among the changes made in 2011 for version 2.0 is stronger focus on innovation.

Service Quality and Statistics
The Service Quality Division has developed the Service Quality Body of Knowledge (SQBOK).
In addition to definitions for all terms in the SQBOK framework, you'll find a collection of tools with how-to instructions and examples from service applications.
The Statistics Division has outlined the content areas that compose its body of knowledge.

Update on the QBOK Strategy for 2011
The main focus of the QBOK activity for 2011 is on identifying topics for future content development. ASQ Sections and Divisions continue to be key partners in understanding and delivering on the needs of the quality community.
