How to Create a Place Where People Love to Work

Abstract: The integration of fun and work not only improves day-to-day relationships and the atmosphere of the workplace, but can positively effect an organization's net worth. Work as a value is not an absolute, and because the attitude toward work is a reflection of the times, it is possible for an individual to intentionally alter his attitude. Examples of case companies illustrate that business works best when fun and work are successfully integrated, and that these companies are more able to attract and retain top performers.
