Professional Experience
Manny is a Lean expert and Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has been providing Continuous Improvement (CI) education, coaching and implementation to companies in the US and abroad for over 25 years. He is the principal of CI Consulting Services LLC, working with a diverse client base in all areas of continuous improvement. A knowledgeable and engaging presenter, he spends much of his time coaching clients through both project and leadership development.
Manny’s hands-on approach has provided practical, real-world solutions for countless companies. Consulting and teaching at DVIRC for over 13 years, Manny has certified over 1000 people in Lean and Six Sigma. As an experienced change manager, he has driven projects in manufacturing, office and service environments. Industry experience is diverse, from food processors to defense contractors.
He lived and worked in Asia for three years implementing Lean and technology transfer to local plants for the Trane division of American Standard.
Through training and consulting in the areas of Lean and Six Sigma, he continues to help companies in implementing process improvements, reducing quality issues and streamlining operations to maximize their potential and competitive edge.
Manny holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Rider University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State. He is a Master Black Belt and has been a guest lecturer at Holy Family University, Temple University and has spoken at industry conferences. Additionally, he is a national instructor for ASQ in a variety of Continuous Improvement topics.
