Participants are required to bring a copy of the Quality Management Standard - ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2008 with them to training in order to successfully complete this course.

All students will receive a course material packet on-site.


Two additional standards that participants will find valuable, but are not required for training, include the Auditing Standard - ANSI/ISO/ASQ QE 19011S-2008 and the Guidance Standard - ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q 9004:2009 to support the achievement of a sustained quality management system.

    • After the course starts, there are no refunds or transfers.
    • Registrants who fail to attend without advance notice are liable for the entire course fee.
    • If you cannot find a substitute, we can transfer your course fees to another ASQ course of your choice.
  • You must successfully complete the entire course or program before IACET CEUs and a Certificate of Completion can be awarded.
