Abstract
Today's organizations contend with a distributed workforce, inefficient processes, increased competition, and customer demand, which are all key drivers of digital transformation initiatives. Unfortunately, most organizations aren't designed for the digital world. In this conference summary, Kevin De Pree from the Rand Group shared how organizations can address the common pitfalls and enable digital transformation through technologies like the Microsoft Power Platform (i.e., Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and Power BI).
