Abstract
[This abstract is based on the author’s abstract.] The challenges experienced by a virtual test team making a transition from waterfall to agile methodology for software development are documented. Recommendations are made for overcoming resistance to change, adapting tools, setting specifications for product quality management, and establishing accountability for testing activities. Recommendations are based on lessons learned on projects during and after the transition using Scrum and Rally software.
