Abstract

Strong quality leaders must have many qualities, such as the right expertise, the ability to balance all demands in an organization, and a good sense of emotional intelligence. However, the best leaders lead by example. Leading yourself first is an important practice to follow in order to become a better person and a better leader. Finding one's purpose in life and always striving for that purpose, whether it be at work or outside of work, is an example that many great leaders project onto the people they lead.
