Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are powerful tools reshaping the world, and quality professionals must adapt to this paradigm change. But new skills and abilities will be needed to seize new opportunities to lead, innovate and make a difference. This shift will elevate the quality professional’s role and amplifies a new kind of quality professional: an upskilled AI/ML enlightened one.
